Walk The Greenway - Rodney Baber Park

Join The Wolf River Conservancy at Rodney Baber Park for a guided walk on The Wolf River Greenway!!

For this walk on the greenway, we will meet at the playground area and walk to one and possibly both of the lakes in the park, primarily using the paved trails. 

We will walk approximately 1.5 - 3 miles as our event leader, Ryan Pudwell shares his knowledge on trees, wildlife, and the Wonder of the Wolf River Watershed. 

Since July 2024, more than 110 species of birds have been documented here, along with a variety of other wildlife. Much of the habitat in the park is open, but there are mature trees along some of the small creeks that run through the park, as well as a few stands of young trees.

Rodney Baber Park is a park in the Memphis Parks System located on James Rd.  connected to the Wolf River Greenway
