Turning Miles Into Conservation

More than 425 runners, walkers, families, supporters, and friends joined us on the Wolf River Greenway for this year's Discover the Greenway 5K+ presented by Jim Keras Subaru Hacks Cross and Covington Pike. Together, we celebrated community, conservation, and the incredible impact we can make when we come together for conservation.
This year's event was about more than crossing a finish line. Participants experienced firsthand the beauty of the Greenway and the importance of protecting the places that connect our communities to nature. Every registration, donation, and fundraising effort helped support the Wolf River Conservancy's mission to preserve and protect the Wolf River and its watershed while continuing to steward and complete the Wolf River Greenway.
A special congratulations and thank you goes to our amazing fundraisers and donors. Together, you raised more than $10,000, making this the most successful fundraising year in the history of the event. Your generosity helps ensure that future generations can enjoy clean water, protect natural spaces, and access to one of our region's most treasured resources.
Events like Discover the Greenway 5K+ are possible because of the support of our sponsors. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to conservation, recreation, and community.

Thank you to everyone who participated. Most importantly, thank you for believing in the Wolf River Conservancy and the future of the Wolf River Greenway. We're already looking ahead to next year when we'll celebrate the 5th anniversary of Discover the Greenway 5K+. We can't wait to welcome you back to the Greenway and do it all again. Until then, we'll keep working to protect the places you helped support on race day.
