Look What You've Made Possible

As we look back on the first six months of 2026, we're reminded that every conservation success begins with people who care. Because of the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our volunteers, the commitment of our partners, and the support of our community, we've already accomplished so much together.

So far this year, the Wolf River Conservancy has:

• Permanently protected 430 acres of land in the Wolf River watershed.  

• Created 770 acres of new public land.  

• Engaged 850+ volunteers in conservation efforts.  

• Connected 100+ paddlers to the Wolf River.  

• Hosted 20 community and service events.  

• Planted 1,569 native trees.  

• Removed 1,360 pounds of trash from our natural spaces.  

These numbers represent something much bigger than statistics. They represent cleaner water, healthier forests, thriving wildlife habitat, and more opportunities for people to experience the outdoors right here in Memphis.
